BEVA calls for Council nominees
The British Equine Veterinary Association (BEVA) is calling for nominees to stand for election to the BEVA Council. Three vacancies for membership of the Council will be available this September and there will also be a vacancy for the position of Junior Vice President. The deadline for completed nominations is August 1st 2012.
Council Members attend the Council's two annual meetings and are also assigned to at least one of the sub-committees. The Junior Vice President is also a member of the BEVA Council and the Board of Management (the trustees), and the BEVA has noted that “the position is the first rung on the ladder to President”.
Nominations forms are available from the BEVA website, and more information is available here.
