Oathall Veterinary Group is seeking a compassionate and motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join its proudly independent practice in Sussex.

You will be joining an eight-vet team in a beautiful, well-equipped building near the South Downs. The practice has good links to Gatwick and the surrounding areas, and offers a supportive, close-knit environment.

With a strong focus on patient care, Oathall Veterinary Group provides on-site, out-of-hours cover, ensuring continuity and high standards of clinical care.

This is a first-opinion, small animal role, where participation in the out-of-hours rota is on a fair-share basis. Orthopaedic experience is preferred but not essential, and there is an opportunity to shape the future of the practice.

You will be a confident team player who enjoys building long-term relationships with clients. You should also be keen to develop clinically, contribute towards a growing practice, and be happy to mentor or support less experienced colleagues.

The salary is £45-70k depending on experience, with employee support for certificate interests and CPD.
