St James Veterinary Group is looking for veterinary surgeons to join our group of independent practices, with six branches across the city including an RCVS tier 3 accredited small animal hospital.

In this role you will be given the clinical freedom to treat each patient with the appropriate care that they need. Our veterinary surgeons get case continuity, and a varied case load including routine patients, critical emergencies, routine and complex surgeries, hospitalised patients and complex case work-ups. We are also the only practice in Swansea to provide its own 24-hour emergency service, on our premises with our veterinary surgeons and nurses.

Two of our branches are ISFM accredited cat friendly practices, and we are always updating our facilities. We recently added a purpose-built cattery and scanning room to one of our practices.

We also take a variety of wildlife cases, with one of our practices working closely with the RSPCA.

You will be part of a friendly, supportive and talented community with a range of experience levels from new graduates to certificate holders, all supported by an excellent nursing and reception team.
