A new book entitled Animal Abuse - Helping Animals and People, is to be launched at an event jointly organised by CABI and the RCVS Charitable Trust on June 4, 2013. Issues covered in the book include foie gras production, pedigree dog breeding, veterinary forensics and the link between human and animal abuse.
Authored by Catherine Tiplady, the book draws on her experience as a shelter worker and veterinary surgeon, providing practical advice through interviews, case studies and dealing with difficulties. The launch - which takes place in London from 6:00-8:00pm - will provide the opportunity to meet the author and discuss topics dealt with in the book. Click here
